BOOKING CONDITIONS

Balance to be paid at the time of booking.

 

In the event of adverse weather conditions that will prevent the smooth running of the activity, the entire amount paid will be refunded. Kindly note that the pilot will decide whether the activity can be done or if it needs to be postponed.

 

If the customer causes damage to the seaplane, the same will be quantified by the pilot and must be reimbursed directly to him.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Refund of the entire amount paid for cancellation up to 7 days before the date of the experience. No refund in case of no-show.
