How can I know if my booking has been successful?

You will receive an email of the reservation made at the address indicated during the purchase. 

When I’m sure that the booking is confirmed?

The user will receive a first email confirming the booking when he books and a second confirmation or cancellation email the day before.

What happens if you don’t reach the minimum number of participants?

In this case the tour will be cancelled. The customer will be informed via email about it and will be fully refunded to the payment method used during the booking process.

In case of bad weather, will the experience be held anyway?

In the event of prohibitive weather conditions that make the path impractical, or the regular carrying out of the experience is impossible, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

Can I book the same day of the experience?

It is possible to contact us by email or go to our offices in Via Venini 136-138 in Varenna to check the availability of the tour departing on the same day.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, the reservation can be modified within the cancellation terms of the booked tour. To change it, you need to send an email to Any changes beyond the free cancellation terms cannot be guaranteed. Requests will still be evaluated by our staff.

What are the cancellation conditions?

The cancellation conditions are indicated in every single experience’s page. A refund of the entire amount paid is foreseen for cancellations made no later than 7 days before departure. No refund will be provided after this deadline.

What documents are required for booking?

Identity card or Passport are required. The driving license is not valid as an identification document.

What are the extra fees added to the experience price that you see on the booking page?

These are the fees apply from the secure management provider for the online payment (credit card, paypal, etc) 

What kind of insurance is included in the packages?

The packages include “third-party liability insurance” stipulated by our company with Generali Italia insurance company. You can find a copy of the policy on our website.

Is it possible to customize the experiences?

Shared experiences are not editable. Exclusive experiences, therefore, can be customized according to customer requests. In this case, a personalized quotation will be sent from our offices.

What is the difference between "shared experience" and "exclusive experience"?

The shared experience gathers participants from different groups allowing for a larger membership. The exclusive experience, therefore, is aimed at a single group, without the presence of other unknown participants.

How does the website protect my payment and my personal data?

Payments are made through the accredited platform FareHarbor who manages the protection of the transaction and personal data. During the booking it is possible to consult all their terms and conditions.

What payment methods are accepted?

PayPal, Sofort, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX)

Payments can only be made in Euros?

Yes, they have to be paid in Euros.

Can I pay directly on the day of experience?

Both online bookings and those made through direct contact (email, telephone, office) require payment for the experience at the time of booking.
