The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and consists of entrance, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Going upstairs there is a loft with a relaxation area and a splendid panoramic terrace. Completely newly furnished, La terrazza di Marta is equipped with TV, Wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, crockery, washing machine, dryer and everything needed for complete use.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

We require a deposit of 30% at the moment of booking, the balance should be paid 7 days before the scheduled service. If the balance is not paid by the scheduled deadline, the reservation will be considered cancelled and the deposit lost. For reservations made less than 7 days before the service the total payment amount is required.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Refund of the entire amount paid for cancellation up to 7 days before the date. No refund in case of no-show.
